11. Cardholder Rights and Responsibilities
Magnes Company has a limited refund policy. Since magnescompany.com is offering irrevocable services, Magnes Company does not issue refunds unless exceptional circumstance exists as deemed by Magnes Company. As a client, you are responsible for understanding this upon using this site. Exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the services we provide. Requests for a refund are accepted within the period of 1 week after service is requested. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms and Conditions. A refund is issued to you upon receipt of a Waiver of Copyright signed by you.
